In addition to helping first time home buyers purchase their home, I also manage properties on the westbank.
There are a number of reasons property owners choose to have their investment managed by a property manager.
My focus is to market the property beyond the MLS, help select a quality long term tenant, perform routine maintenance, and follow up on calls.
If you are looking for a property manager, let’s schedule a meeting and discuss how you want your investment managed.
I met Regina LaCaze at a Gardner First Start class in 2019. She along with a few other agents convinced me to transfer from the east bank office to the west bank office. About a year after that we decided to work together on a deal, which marked the beginning of a wonderful relationship. Our personalities clicked, and we enjoyed working together so much we decided to create a partnership. Having another agent to discuss issues and resolve opportunities is priceless. Our clients benefit from our combined experiences, and skills developed over the years. Regina and I are both full time agents, and are eager to assist you with all things real estate.
If you call the office on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, there is a good chance I will be the one that takes your call. I have desk duty in the mornings from 9 am to lunch. Saturdays and Sundays are set aside for open houses and scheduled showings. I host open house events after everyone has had time to wake up, eat breakfast and get their day started. Most of my open houses are scheduled Saturday from 12-2, and/or 3-5pm. Sunday I start after church, which is usually 1-3pm. Tuesday and Thursday mornings, I spend time with my father.
If you’re interested in seeing a listing, and you’re not working with an agent, give me a call (504) 298-8101, and I’ll set up a showing.
